COAD CO., LTD
COAD installs the high speed door(ประตูความเร็วสูง) in cosmetic industry in Japan. They are sensitive to prevent the inflow of dust and insects from outside. So, they choose COAD rapid door(pintu high speed door) in their entrance.
Air-curtain
This industry requests to activate the air-curtain with rapid door(高速シートシャッター). COAD develops the controller to support all request of customers. So, COAD connects the air-curtain with controller and manages the operation of high speed door(Cửa-cuốn-nhanh) and air-curtain together. As employees try to open the high speed door(ประตูอัตโนมัติความเร็วสูง), firstly air-curtain is activated. And then the industrial door(Pintu-Berkelajuan-Tinggi) is opened. So, it is worth to block the entry of outside objects. The delay time could be set by the preference of customers.
COAD-1
COAD produces the diverse models of high speed door(pintu rapid door) and customers select any model to be fitted in their location. COAD-1 has wind-bar and wind-lock system to prevent the breakaway of sheet at windy condition. And it has diagonal brush on the rail to minimize the gap between the sheet and rail. So, this model is suitable in this location. If customers want to change the sheet, pull out wind-bar and replace it with new sheet. By simple process, customers could change the sheet. Also, it is economics to save repair cost.
Aluminum
COAD makes the high speed door(高速シートシャッター) by aluminum. This material is strength from water, wind, light and collision. Aluminium is highest quality to operate the rapid door(ประตูม่านพลาสติกความเร็วสูง) for long-term. COAD tested the durability of material between aluminum and stainless. Most people are confused of two material. However, only 6 months later, stainless is corroded. This is why COAD uses aluminum frame as basic specification for all customers.
Sensor
This industry wants to open the high speed door(cửa-cuốn-tốc-độ-cao) by forklift. So, COAD applies loop sensor which detects the metal objects of vehicle to automatically open the industrial door(jual-rapid-door). The sensitivity could be changeable. Also, drivers could open the rapid door(高速シートシャッター) not to stop driving. If customers request to operate the high speed door(Pintu-Berkelajuan-Tinggi) by vehicle and forklift, COAD suggests ultrasonic sensor. It is activated as they are on the range of sensor. Depending the industrial condition, customers select the sensor to be suitable in their location.
