CAR-WASH STATION
COAD high speed door(ประตูความเร็วสูง) is installed in any location. This means COAD does not have limitation of place and location. HOW?
ALUMINUM
Car-wash station uses lots of water and cleanser. So, they should figure out the quality of frame. All frame is made by aluminum and it is basic specification for all customers. Aluminum is water-resistance and strength from wind, light and collision. Therefore, customers could operate the rapid door(pintu high speed door) without getting any trouble. However, most other other companies use stainless or steel because of cheap price. Only 6 months later, customers see the corroded frame made by stainless or steel. This is why customers choose COAD high speed door(高速シートシャッター).
SHEET
Most companies get 1T sheet. But it is too thin so customers should get the repair cost because of torn sheet. To reduce this problem, COAD uses 2T sheet for all high speed door(Cửa-cuốn-nhanh). 2T is more tough and thicker than 1T sheet. So, it is durability. Moreover, the sheet is double layered structure with SOL screen coating. Therefore, COAD high speed door(Pintu-Berkelajuan-Tinggi) is operated for long-term.
CONTROLLER
As the vehicle is near the entrance for car-wash, the loop sensor detects the vehicle and opens the high speed door(pintu rapid door). All process is managed by controller. COAD develops the controller to connect the other equipment with COAD rapid door(高速シートシャッター). So, we support all request of customers' request. After finishing, industrial door(Cua-cuon-cong-nghiep) is automatically operated. Therefore, drivers and employees are under the convenience condition.
SENSOR
COAD has diverse types of sensor. In this case, the vehicle mainly opens the high speed door(ประตูอัตโนมัติความเร็วสูง). So, we applies loop sensor. It detects the metal object of vehicle as it is on the loop line embedded in the ground. So, customers could decide the type of sensor depending on the industrial condition. If the manufacture wants to open the high speed door(ประตูม้วนอัตโนมัติ) by vehicle and person, ultrasonic sensor is suitable.
