Most people do not have the information about the automatic door. Here is the check list to decide the rapid door.
1. FRAME
The main structure of automatic door is frame. Therefore, this should be strength from outside impact. Generally, companies use stainless of frame. However, this material is easily transformed by water, wind, collision and so on. So, customers should pay repair cost or newly replace the industrial door. Then What is the best? The answer is Aluminum. This material is water-resistance and strength from outside impact. Therefore, customers could operate the factory door for long-term not to get any trouble. COAD tested the durability of both material. At the same condition, the stainless is corroded only 6 months later. This is difference.
2. SHEET
Of course, the thicker sheet is stronger. However, most companies use 1T sheet which is thin. WHY? They do not have enough technology to manage the 2T sheet and pay extra cost for raw material. COAD uses 2T sheet which is double layered structure with SOL screen coating. This is basic specification for all customers. There is no extra-charge!
3. DIRECT OPERATION
There is division between the production and installation for automatic door which installs and produces the speed door not at the same company. As customers request to get a/s, they could not get the free service or direct a/s. To reduce this problem, COAD is directly to produce and install the high speed door. 4. OVERSEAS CORPORATION
If customers install the rapid door in other countries, they have to find local company. However, it is difficult because they do not know about the company in the other location.
