HIGH SPEED AUTOMATIC DOOR
COAD develops the controller to manage all action
of high speed industrial door(シート製高速シャッター).
If customers request specific action,
the controller could support it. Here are some applied industry.
Air-curtain
This industry produces the dried seafood.
So, they are sensitive to prevent the inflow of dust from outside.
To prevent it, COAD could activate the air-curtain or air-shower
before the high speed industrial door(ประตูอัตโนมัติความเร็วสูง) is opened.
As the employees try to open the high speed automatic door
(high speed industrial pintu), the air-curtain is activated first
and then the high speed auto door(Cửa đóng mở nhanh) is opened.
The delay time between the operation
of high speed door(Pintu Berkelajuan Tinggi) could be changed.
Interlock system
Like clean room in food or packaging industry,
they install the high speed industrial door(pvc roller shutter door)
at the both entrance to block the industry from insect and dust.
When the first door is opened and the employees enter the space

After the first door is completely closed,

Conveyor belt

is operated first and then few seconds later,
the conveyor belt is activated.
So, customers could transport their product on easy way.

Limited space
In the entrance of building, customers want to
close the high speed industrial door(Pintu Berkelajuan Tinggi)
until the remaining space.
This is same effect with transparent sheet.
Drivers could see the opposite side through the opened space
and prepare the operation of high speed industrial door(cửa cuốn tốc độ cao).
So, this technology is fitted in the space
which wants to prevent the unexpected collision
even if they do not choose transparent sheet.
