COAD SERIES-1 IS IN AB DAAN MOGOT, THAILAND(CHEMICAL FACTORY).
COAD has overseas corporations in Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, and Japan. Those corporations are with Korean experts. The experts install COAD high speed door and take care of A/S in local country. All materials for high speed door is imported from Korea. Thus, the abroad corporations are similar with COAD's main corporation in Korea.
This factory moves to new place. Thus, they request to move the high speed door in new place. COAD takes high speed door in the existing place and then re-install it. COAD consistently maintains the relationship with customers after we install high speed door.
COAD-1 is with wind-bar. The wind-bar is worth to prevent the breakaway of the sheets because it holds separate sheet. Additionally, the wind-lock system captures each sheet one more time. Also, customers exchange the sheet by themselves. They just pull out the wind-bar and exchange the sheet and then pull in the wind-bar with new sheet. That is all for replacement. This is COAD's technology.
The sheet is customized for customers' requirements. This factory chooses orange and yellow-transparency sheet. The yellow transparency sheet helps to decrease the brightness of the light in the industry and prevent the insects towards to the light. In summer or tropical climates, customer decide mesh sheet. This type is worth to be ventilated between the inside and outside.
Choose your own high speed door with COAD.
COAD high speed door could be operated with other devices. Air-curtain, air-shower and conveyor could be worked with COAD high speed door. Moreover, COAD has interlock system. This system is benefit in clean room. The interlock system is that two high speed door do not open in same time. The first door opens and then people go to the space between two high speed doors. In this time, the second door does not work. The second door opens when the first door closes. This system blocks the dust, insects, and air from outside.
